Sylvia's Cleaning Services offer many differnt types of cleaning schedules that will accomadate any schedule and any budget. Take a look and see some of what we offer.

Regular Clean

Whether it's just one time, every other week, or every month, we have affordable services that fit your needs. Our teams of two are incredibly affordable. Many homes can be cleaned within one or two hours. 

Deep Clean

An annual deep clean (Spring Cleaning) is an opportunity to throw open the windows, let some fresh air in, and make your homes and facitlities clean, happy, and efficient spaces. 

 

  • Blinds wiped down one-by-one

  • Baseboards, ceiling fans, and windowsills deep cleaned 

  • Reachable light fixtures cleaned

  • Reachable vent grills cleaned

  • Spend more time performing standard detailed service to bring house to a sparkle level

Commercial Cleaning

We focus on the janitorial essentials: cleaning/disinfecting restrooms, kitchens and break rooms;  cleaning, dusting and vacuuming all lobbies, waiting rooms, offices/exam rooms, conference rooms; sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping all hard surface floors; cleaning glass doors and adjoining windows; emptying trash and replacing liners; replacing soap and paper products; and much, much more.

Here is a list of what items are cleaned with our service:

 

Kitchen:

  • Countertops and backsplash cleaned with all items removed and replaced

  • Front of cabinets and open shelves wiped down

  • Sinks scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned including around faucets

  • Stove exterior wiped down

  • Microwave oven cleaned inside and outside

  • Exterior of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and small appliances cleaned

  • Floor vacuumed and mopped 

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Trash emptied

 

Bathroom :

  • Sinks cleaned in detail including around faucets 

  • Tubs and showers fully cleaned including removal of hard water stains 

  • Toilets thoroughly cleaned including all around base area

  • Mirrors and fixtures cleaned

  • Front of cabinets and windowsills wiped down

  • Floor vacuumed and/or mopped 

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Trash emptied

 

Bedroom:

  • All furniture dusted on top, side and all accessible underneath areas

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Beds made and linen changed if left out

  • Carpets vacuumed and hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Trash emptied

 

Other Living Areas:

  • All furniture dusted on top, side and all accessible underneath areas

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Glass tables cleaned

  • Carpets vacuumed and tile/hardwood floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Cobwebs removed
